SAVIN

Aloha!

The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) provides the Hawai‘i SAVIN (Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification) service which offers victims and concerned citizens free, anonymous, and confidential access to timely information and notification on the custody and parole status of offenders under the jurisdiction of DCR.

Registered users will receive notification via email, text, phone call, and/or in-app. Live operator assistance is always available to address your questions.

To register:

  • Go to VINELink.com
  • Call 1-877-846-3444
  • Download the VINELink mobile app
  • TTY users, call 1-866-847-1298

Please do not depend solely on this program for your protection. Maintain contacts with your advocate, attorney, or law enforcement officers assigned to your case. An offender will never know if you are registered for notification.

Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by Hawai‘i SAVIN, the State of Hawai‘i, the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and the VINE Service make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality, or reliability of the information.
