WORK FURLOUGH INMATE MISSING FROM WCCC

HONOLULU — Work furlough inmate Breanna Leong-Bulatao has been reported missing after she failed to return to the Women’s Community Correctional Center (WCCC) at 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2025.


The State Sheriff Division and Honolulu Police Department were notified.


Leong-Bulatao, 34, is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and approximately 127 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She is serving time for promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree.


She now faces a second-degree escape charge, a Class C felony that is punishable by up to five years in prison, if convicted.


Leong-Bulatao is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges. Community custody is the lowest-security custody classification.


Anyone with information on Leong-Bulatao’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Sheriff Division at 808-586-1352.
