Chaminade University’s Quarterly Newsletter
CQ_Spring14 – WCCC Feature Here is a quarterly newsletter from Chaminade University that highlighted a WCCC-Chaminade partnership (pages 4-7).
Environmental and Interior Design (EID) Students at Chaminade University; including Lisa Nguyen, Max Kamm, Tessa Goble and Jill Hara will graduate this May. They and other EID students continue to be involved in the Hawaii Department of Corrections Welcome Center project. The warden at the Women’s Correctional Center in Kailua, Mark Patterson, brought EID students and program coordinator, Joan Riggs, behind-the-barbed-wire-fences for an exclusive tour that would help them better understand his big-dreamed vision for a more functional structure dedicated to officer wellness and appreciation and foster healing for visitors and inmates.
