MULTI-AGENCY OPERATION “PICK’EM UP” NETS SEVERAL PEOPLE ACCUSED OF IDENTITY THEFT RELATED CRIMES — As part of an on-going effort to cut down on identity theft related crime, a joint inter-agency investigation called Operation “Pick’em Up” was conducted by the state Department of Public Safety’s Sheriff Division, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Department of Homeland Security ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Honolulu City Prosecutors Office.
